  • I received a charge on my credit card that I think is incorrect

Sorry about that! We’ll make sure to correct the error and issue an appropriate refund. To help us find your charge, please let us know the exact name on the credit card, as well as the last four digits on the card. Also send along any information you think might be helpful, e.g., “I intended to buy this for someone else.”

  • Does VoiceThread accept purchase orders (POs) as a payment option?

If your purchase is over $50, you can choose to pay by purchase order. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the VoiceThread Product that best suits your needs.
  2. Click the Purchase button to add the product to your shopping cart.
  3. To pay by Purchase Order, select the Purchase Order tab on the checkout page.
  4. Enter in your postal code to determine if your organization has previously filed a purchase order with VoiceThread. If your organization does not appear in the list, complete the required fields on the form and submit the Purchase Order request.
  5. Once you click Place Order, a PO will be generated.

Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will send you an estimate or invoice so that you can use your own PO form.

Note: Please make sure that the PO form contains the name and email address of the registered VoiceThread user who will be using the product so that we can provision it quickly and accurately. Without the name and email address of a registered VoiceThread user, it’s not possible to provision any product.

  • I placed an order via purchase order and have not received the start-up information

Product purchased via a PO is usually provisioned within 3-5 days of our receiving the PO number or payment. Please make sure that the PO form contains the name and email of a registered VoiceThread user so that the product can be provisioned as quickly and accurately as possible.

  • How can I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel a recurring subscription in the Purchases section within the My Account area.

  1. Sign into your VoiceThread account.
  2. Click on your email address in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Information or My Account from the list.
  4. Click the Purchases option at the top of the My Account area.
  5. Find the Subscription you wish to cancel.
  6. Click the Modify Subscription button.
  7. Click the Cancel Subscription button. Be sure to read the information regarding Subscription cancellations.
  8. Enter the Security Code and press the Cancel Subscription button.

You will be able to continue using your license until its expiration date. At that time, it will lapse, and you will lose access to it. You can always reactivate your license in the future by signing into your Manager and clicking the green Renew button.

Please note: You are responsible for charges already incurred.

  • How can I cancel and delete my own personal account?

At this time, only the VoiceThread team can delete your account. Please send us a message and ask to have your account deleted. Keep in mind that deleting an account will permanently delete all comments and VoiceThreads created by that account.
