How do I sign into my account?
Begin by tapping the Account button. If you already have a VoiceThread account, tap the Sign In button and enter your email address and password.
If you do not already have a VoiceThread account, tap the Join VoiceThread button to create a new account. Registration is simple and can be done entirely from your mobile device. Just fill out the short form and tap Done button.
If you enter an incorrect password, tap the Help button to reset your password.
Organizations using external authentication
If you use any type of external authentication system to sign into your account, your credentials are already set up to access your account through the VT App. Just follow these steps:
- Tap the Edit button on the Sign In screen.
- Enter the first part of the URL that you would use to sign into your account on a computer, i.e.:
- For Higher Education and Business: If your domain is http://domain.voicethread.com, enter "domain" and then tap the Save button.
- For K-12 Education: If your domain is http://yourschool.ed.voicethread.com, enter "yourschool.ed" and then tap the Save button.
- Signing in options:
- If you normally sign into your account through either of the screens below, enter your email address and password in the App now. Click Done to sign in and access your account.
- If you normally enter your sign-in information on a different screen, leave the email and password fields blank and tap the Done button. This will direct you to your normal authentication system. Once you have successfully signed into your organization's authentication system, you will automatically be signed into the App to access your account.
- If you normally sign into your account through either of the screens below, enter your email address and password in the App now. Click Done to sign in and access your account.
