Moodle "Create a Thread" Assignment
The Moodle "VoiceThread Creation" assignment module allows instructors to have students create a VoiceThread of their own to submit for grading. The instructor can grade the submitted VoiceThreads using the standard Moodle gradebook interface.
This module requires that you have a VoiceThread organizational license that includes Integration (K-12 District license or Higher-Ed Site license) or that you've purchased the Integration Package in as an add-on to your School or Department license. The scope of the VoiceThread account must match the scope of your organization's Moodle. For example, a Department license must be paired with a departmental Moodle, and a School license must be paired with a school-wide Moodle.
The email addresses you use for students in Moodle and VoiceThread must match, as this is how the module links accounts between the two tools.
This module also requires an API key, which is available from VoiceThread Support. Our team will help you decide if this module is a good fit for your Organization and send you the information you need to configure it.
Finally, this module requires that you also install either the Embedding or Authentication module, as assignment types do not have their own configuration interface in Moodle.
This module is for Moodle 1.9+.
