Can I change the order of (reorder) comments?

The owner or editor of a VoiceThread may reorder comments on a slide. Find the segment along the timeline that represents the comment you would like to move. Hold down the Shift key so that the double sided arrow appears. Click and drag that segment to the desired location on the timeline. See comment reordering in action.
