How can I view a VoiceThread in fullscreen mode?

Open any VoiceThread, and on the top-right (left of the X close button), there's another icon with 4 arrows pointing outward. Clicking on this will make the VoiceThread go into fullscreen mode. Clicking this again will bring the VoiceThread into normal-view mode.
